These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("User", "Account Holder", "you") and u388 ("u388", "we", "us", "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the u388 website at u388.one, including all associated services, features, live casino products, sports betting markets, slot games, e-sports betting, and any promotional offers made available by u388. By creating an account, depositing funds, or placing a wager on u388, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must not use the u388 Platform.
For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

u388 reserves the right to require documentary evidence of any of the above confirmations at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in suspension or permanent closure of your Account.
3.1 Minimum Age. The u388 Platform is strictly available to persons aged 21 years or older. This minimum age applies to all products on the Platform, including but not limited to the u388 Casino live dealer tables, slot games, sportsbook, and e-sports betting markets. u388 enforces this restriction through identity verification and reserves the right to request proof of age from any User at any time.
3.2 Age Verification. Where u388 reasonably suspects that a User may be under 21 years of age, it shall suspend that User's Account pending receipt and verification of satisfactory proof of age. Any funds wagered by an underage User will be void and returnable at u388's discretion, and any winnings generated will be forfeited.
3.3 Jurisdictional Eligibility. Access to the Platform is restricted in certain jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is the sole responsibility of the User to ascertain whether they are legally permitted to access and use the Platform from their location. u388 makes no representations regarding the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside of those covered by its gaming licence.
3.4 Single Account Restriction. Each eligible User is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the u388 Platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate closure of all related accounts and forfeiture of balances.
4.1 Registration. To access the full functionality of the Platform, Users must complete the registration process, providing accurate, complete, and current information including a valid email address, date of birth, and any other details required by u388's KYC procedures from time to time.
4.2 Account Security. Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials. u388 strongly recommends the use of a unique password of at least 12 characters, combining upper and lower case letters, numbers, and symbols, and stored via a reputable password manager. You must notify u388 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account.
4.3 Accuracy of Information. Users undertake to keep all Account information current and accurate. Any change in personal details, including email address or payment method, must be updated through the Account settings page. u388 accepts no liability for losses arising from a User's failure to update Account information.
4.4 KYC Verification. u388 may require Users to complete KYC verification at any stage, including at the point of first withdrawal, when a withdrawal exceeds specified thresholds, or at any time u388 deems verification necessary for compliance purposes. Required documents may include government-issued photo identification and proof of address issued within the preceding three months.
5.1 Currency. The Platform operates exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). All deposits, balances, and withdrawals are denominated in MYR.
5.2 Accepted Payment Methods. u388 currently accepts deposits via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are disclosed on the relevant deposit page within the Platform.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with the withdrawal method and limits applicable at the time of request. Users must ensure that the withdrawal method corresponds to an account registered in their own name. u388 reserves the right to require additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal.
5.4 Funds Segregation. User funds are held separately from u388's operational funds. This segregation does not constitute a guarantee of repayment in the event of u388's insolvency but reflects u388's commitment to responsible fund management.
5.5 Inactive Accounts. Accounts with a positive balance that have recorded no login or wagering activity for a continuous period of 12 months may be classified as inactive. u388 may levy an administrative fee of MYR 50 per calendar month on inactive account balances. Users will be notified by email prior to any deduction. Any remaining balance may be reclaimed upon Account reactivation and completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
6.1 General. All bonuses and promotions offered by u388 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside the relevant promotion. In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the specific promotion terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, all bonus amounts are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they or associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in the relevant promotion terms.
6.3 Abuse of Promotions. u388 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus and void any winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has abused the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated wagering across accounts, or exploitation of technical errors in the Platform.
6.4 No Entitlement. Users have no contractual entitlement to any bonus or promotion. u388 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice, save that any such modification shall not apply retroactively to bonuses already credited and being actively wagered upon in good faith.
7.1 Game Rules. Each Game available on the u388 Platform is governed by specific game rules accessible within the game interface. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules applicable to any Game before placing a wager.
7.2 Technical Failures. In the event of a technical failure or disconnection during a Game, u388 will use best efforts to resolve the outcome in accordance with the game rules and available game data. u388 accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connectivity failures, device malfunctions, or other events outside u388's direct control.
7.3 Error Correction. u388 reserves the right to void any Bet or correct any error resulting from a technical fault, human error, or any event that creates a manifestly incorrect price or outcome. This includes but is not limited to incorrect odds displayed on sportsbook markets.
7.4 RNG Certification. All random number generator–based games on the Platform are supplied by certified, independently audited software providers. RTP (Return to Player) figures are available within each game's help section.
Users must not engage in any of the following conduct on the u388 Platform:
Breach of this clause may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
All content on the u388 Platform, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, design elements, software, game titles, text, graphics, and data compilations, is the proprietary property of u388 or its licensed content providers. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Platform for personal, non-commercial use only. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or commercially exploited without the prior written consent of u388.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, u388 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising out of or in connection with a User's use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if u388 has been advised of the possibility of such losses.
10.2 u388's total aggregate liability to any User in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User to their Account during the 12 months preceding the claim.
10.3 Nothing in this Agreement shall limit u388's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or death or personal injury caused by its own negligence.
u388 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at u388.one/privacy-policy. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that Policy. u388 does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.
12.1 u388 is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides Users with access to deposit limits, session time reminders, and voluntary self-exclusion tools, all accessible from the Account settings page after login.
12.2 Self-Exclusion. Users who wish to exclude themselves from the Platform may request temporary (minimum 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion requests are actioned within 24 hours of receipt and applied across all Platform products simultaneously.

13.1 u388 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, including where u388 has reasonable grounds to believe that a User has breached any provision of this Agreement, is engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive conduct, or poses a regulatory or reputational risk to the Platform.
13.2 Upon termination of an Account for cause, u388 may withhold or void any balance or pending withdrawals pending investigation. Where an Account is closed for reasons unrelated to a User's misconduct, u388 shall return the User's balance (net of any applicable bonus forfeiture) to the User's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under u388's international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out in u388's gaming licence terms. Users who wish to raise a complaint regarding their Account or any transaction should first contact u388's customer support team at [email protected]. u388 undertakes to acknowledge all complaints within 48 hours and to provide a substantive response within 14 business days.
u388 reserves the right to amend this Agreement at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to Account Holders via email to the registered address at least 7 days before the amended terms take effect. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users who do not accept the revised terms must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure.
